What is a client confirmation and why do I need one?

The Building Safety Regulator has instigated that when an application is submitted by an agent, their client must confirm that the details they submitted are correct.

Submitaplan makes this easy, by sending a link to your client to check the details quickly and easily. This can save you all the pain of doing this any other way.

The system tells the authority as soon as the application has been confirmed and prevents delays.

The status of this confirmation can be seen from your Manage Existing Applications Panel
