Health and Safety an increasing concern

The ‘Building Control Journal’ this month has drawn attention to an increased awareness of health and safety that is taking place in the property sector, a concern that was first revealed in the 2014 RICS Survey.

In his article James Bridgland has commented on these findings as encouraging as they suggest, he remarks, ‘that RICS members across all professional groups are more aware of the need to comply with health and safety matters relevant to their work, and that their organisations are taking steps to implement improvements in management practices.'
