We are delighted to announce that Luton Borough Council Building Control are now requesting that all building control applications are submitted through the National L.A,B,C. Submit-a-Plan portal once again.

After a short break from the portal the team at Luton have resubscribed to the Submit-a-Plan service which facilitates a more efficient submission and approval Building Control process for Local Authorities and their clients.
